Actually, I made him up because I wanted to make a friend of  's twin characters Aspen and Oakley, but who wants to be friends with a homeless guy? So I figured maybe he could just pop up randomly, like, he's just always there, so much that he starts calling them "neighbor." Which makes no sense, considering he doesn't have a house.There's a ? after his age, because he's been saying he's 22 for the past few years. |
